At STMSnz, we believe that the health and safety of our team members, clients, and the public are of the utmost importance. That's why we are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for everyone involved in our projects.

To ensure the highest level of safety on our work sites, we invest in staff training and development. Our team members receive regular training on health and safety procedures, including traffic control, hazard identification, and emergency response. We provide them with suitable clothing and personal protective equipment to minimise the risk of injury and exposure to hazards as well as undertaking regular health checks. All vehicles are fitted with GPS monitoring systems and dual dash cams.

In addition to training and equipment, we maintain strict safety protocols and procedures on all our work sites. We regularly monitor and review our safety performance to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
