At STMSnz, we believe the health and safety of our team members, clients, and public are non-negotiable and we are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for everyone involved in our projects. 

Team members

• receive regular training on procedures, traffic control, hazard identification, and emergency response
• have suitable clothing and PPE to minimise the risk of injury and exposure to hazards
• receive regular health checks.

In addition to maintaining strict safety protocols and procedures on all our work sites we

• regularly monitor/review our safety performance to identify areas for improvement
• take proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
• have all vehicles are fitted with GPS monitoring systems and dual dash cams.

STMSnz are vocal in their anti-bullying stance. No worker should be abused in any workplace. Unfortunately it is a common theme on traffic management sites everywhere - with some extreme incidents involving guns taking place. It's got to stop! Check out our anti-abuse campaigns.
